Returns

Wendy Lou & Her Little Ladies understand that sometimes items you receive might not be suitable and you may wish to return them. Please see below for full details of the process for returning & exchanging items to us.

Conditions of return (damaged or incorrect product)

Although we do everything possible to check items are sent in perfect condition, very occasionally items damaged during manufacture may slip through.

  1.  Within 14 days of receipt -  all exchanges must be made within this time.
  2. All items must be in an unused condition.
  3. Garment tags and packaging (if any) need to be included along with any other accessories that are part of the item (such as belts).
  4. No missing or damaged items or parts, we will be unable to accept the exchange.
  5. Return items that are user-damaged, soiled, altered or marked/scented in any way (including from deodorant or perfume) cannot be accepted.
  6. At our discretion, we may refund postage costs at the lowest applicable NZ Post rate.

Conditions of exchange (change of size)

Please choose carefully, as we don't generally accept change of mind exchanges. We occasionally make an exception where the exchange is for the same product of a different size.

  3. Garment tags and packaging (if any) need to be included along with any other accessories that are part of the item (such as belts).
  4. No missing or damaged items or parts.
  5. Exchange items that are damaged, soiled, altered or marked/scented in any way (including from deodorant or perfume) cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
  6. At our discretion, we may refund postage costs at the lowest applicable NZ Post rate.

 

How to return & exchange items

  1. First, contact us to discuss.
  2. If the return or exchange is accepted, include the filled in return form when sending to us - included in original packaging.
  3. Please ensure that all return postage costs have been fully paid by you.

  7. Please allow 7 working days from when we receive the item to process the return. Most returns will be processed faster than this.
